When an absence plan with a section for a dynamically created custom absence type is assigned to an employee, they can view the accrued allowance for the new absence type and can send absence requests for absences of this type:

Also the user can request Extra Time Off by sending a request for the new custom absence type. In this case, the user should select custom absence type in the Absence Type List Info field when filling out the Extra Time Off form. 

After extra time off is approved, the total allowance will be increased by the amount of approved extra time off:
