Article Summary

The employee salary details and salary history can be viewed from the employee card. Open the card from Core HR > Employees or through employee search. The Salary Details section contains all the amounts that comprise the employee salary.

To view the salary history, click either the Salary History link in the Salary Details section or on the ribbon of the employee card click the Compensation tab and then Salary History.

The salary history shows all the changes to the employee salary. As the system administrator, HR person can edit the history records by clicking Edit or add new ones. However, this feature should be used carefully and only in case of errors that cannot be corrected in the other way. The changes made to the salary history will not result in updating information anywhere else in the system.
