Use the Time and Attendance module to manage, register, approve and report on absences (vacations, sick leaves, etc.) and timesheets. All the absence related information can be checked on the employee card.

The absence management is based on the absence plans, which define the rules for granting the absence allowances (number of days/hours that employees can book for each absence type within some period of time).

You can plan the company holidays (days off for the employees of the whole company or specific country) and make them visible to all the employees. Also, the list of absent employees can be checked through the Out of Office Calendar
