The Competency Assessment Analysis report shows the statistics for the current competency levels for organizational units, employees or competencies.
- Go to Reports > Report Center > Performance > Competency Assessment Analysis.
- If you want to view statistics for a specific organizational unit, job role or competency group, select it in the filter.
- Specify the view mode – the report can display the average competency score for employees, organizational units or competencies.
- Click Generate.
