Manage Org Structure in the Local HR role

In the Local HR role, you can access Org Structure section where you can manage the organizational structure of your company: 

In the Org Structure section, Local HR can manage the following:

• Organizational Tree - View the company's structure in the form of a tree structure, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings, and create organizational units.

• Organizational Chart - View the organizational unit hierarchy of your company, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.

• Jobs Chart - Click Jobs Chart to view the positions chart for the org unit, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.
